3rd Aspirant Guide Training in Rolwaling

Nepal National Mountain Guide Association successfully conducted 3rd Aspirant Mountain Guide formation Training on 19 December 2009 to 6 February 2010. The training was conducted in three places- Bimal Nagar (Tanahu district), Kathmandu and Rowling (Dolakha district).
Such kind of mountaineering training was conducted in Rolwaling, for the first time. The training took place from 4th January to 4th Febraury in Rolwaling.
10 Aspirant guide who successfully passed entry exams, participated in the training. Among them three were from Rolwaling. They are Phurba Namgyal Sherpa, Nima Tenzi Sherpa and Pasang Tenzi Sherpa. There were 5 Nepali Instructors and 2 observer from France (IFMGA) .
